    We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Collect addresses. Orders placed with these addresses may be cancelled.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We are not responsible for delays, returns, or additional costs resulting from customs processing or failure to pay required charges.

    Blanc Snow Apparel is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

    Ownership and risk pass to you once the order has been delivered. Once tracking has been provided, we are not responsible for courier delays, loss, or handling issues.
