    Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed — however, you may still request a return (see Section 7).

    • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

    • Blanc Snow Apparel reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without notice.

    • Payment must be received in full prior to dispatch.

    • Accepted payment methods include major Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and Afterpay.

    5.1 Shipping Areas

    We currently ship Australia-wide.

    5.2 Processing and Delivery Times

    Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by region and will be estimated at checkout. Please note that delays may occur due to courier backlogs, weather conditions, or public holidays.

    5.3 Risk and Responsibility

    Ownership and risk in goods transfer to you upon delivery. Blanc Snow Apparel is not responsible for courier delays or loss once tracking has been provided.

    6. Product Information

    We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, sizing information, and imagery are accurate. However, minor variations in colour, texture, or design may occur. If an error in pricing or description is discovered, we will contact you before processing your order.

    Our apparel is designed for outdoor and recreational use. Blanc Snow Apparel is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from improper use of products.

    7. Returns and Refunds

    7.1 Change of Mind

    We do not accept returns for change of mind unless stated otherwise in a promotion or specific return offer.

    7.2 Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law.

    To request a return:

    1. Contact us via our Returns Form within 7 days of receiving your order.

    2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos.

    3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending any items back.

    5. 7.3 Conditions for Return

    Returned items must:

    • Be in original condition and packaging (unless faulty)

    • Include all tags and accessories

    • Be returned at your expense unless due to our error or product fault

    6. We reserve the right to inspect returned goods before processing any refund or replacement.

    7.4 Refunds

    Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

    8. Consumer Guarantees

    Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

    • A replacement or refund for a major product failure, and

    • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

    7. If the issue is minor, Blanc Snow Apparel may choose to repair or replace the item.
