Refunds & Exchanges – Blanc Snow Apparel

At Blanc Snow Apparel, every piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
1. Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
Please check all product descriptions, sizing guides, and images carefully before placing your order.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law.
To request an assessment:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.
Do not return any items before receiving confirmation or instructions from us.
Returned products must:
Be in original condition (unless faulty), and
Include all tags, packaging, and accessories.
We reserve the right to inspect any returned item before confirming eligibility for a refund or replacement.
3. Refunds
If a refund is approved under Australian Consumer Law, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and assess the returned item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.
4. Consumer Guarantees
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major product failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If the issue is minor, we may choose to repair or replace the item.
