The Origin

It began on the ridges of Mt Buller. A local skier looking at a mountain and realising that the gear required to stand there had become a trophy of wealth rather than a tool for the elements.

Blanc was born from the quiet frustration of watching prices climb while the spirit of the sport faded behind corporate markups. We decided to strip everything back to the raw essentials. By removing the middlemen and the glossy advertisements, we returned the focus to the fabric. We chose 3-layer membranes for their honesty in the wind and snow. Every piece we source is a tribute to that original cold morning on the summit. It is high performance gear for those who belong to the mountain.
